Spritz by The Pathfinder

I came for the branding — courtesy of my buds at Quaker City Mercantile, the Philly agency that helped define Hendrick's Gin more than two decades ago — and stayed for the drink. The Pathfinder isn't interested in cosplaying booze; it's its own weird, herbal, bittersweet thing. Also happens to be good poured over vanilla ice cream.
